Upon finishing his university studies at the Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Fabian Stoffers was awarded an honors degree. Before opening his own practice, he already gained experience in his previous positions as freelance bar lecturer for labor & employment law (Hemmer review courses Frankfurt/Trier) and as an associate at Jones Day, a Cleveland based international law firm.

Fabian Stoffers is a German accredited specialist attorney for labor & employment law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht). In order to obtain accreditation, he was required to prove particular theorectical knowledge and practical experience, particularly 100 cases from the field of labor & employment law (with at least 50 of these cases being either court cases or other formal proceedings). The number of cases tried by Fabian Stoffers has now exceeded this minimum requirement by far.

In order to remain accredited as specialist attorney, Fabian Stoffers regularly attends CLE courses, whereby he voluntarily attends more than the 10 hours prescribed pursuant to Section 15 of the Accredited Specialist Attorneys Rules (Fachanwaltsordnung), see CLE Certificate.

Continuing his professional development, Fabian Stoffers has particularly focused on labor & employment. He offers legal advice/draft agreements in German and in English language as well.

Fabian Stoffers is member of Deutscher Anwaltverein (German Lawyers Association), Arbeitsgemeinschaft Arbeitsrecht im Deutschen Anwaltverein (Labor & Employment Group of the German Lawyers Association),
Europäische Anwaltsvereinigung DACH e.V. (a European association of German speaking lawyers) and an associate of the American Bar Association (ABA).
